Can Nicole Miller dresses be tailored?
Minor alterations can typically be made; however, we recommend you consult a professional tailor.


What is your size range?
Nicole Miller Bridal and bridesmaids are sizes 0-16, and Collection is sizes 0-12. Please refer to our Fit Information for assistance in selecting the correct size.


Can I order items offline?
Items can be ordered from any of our Nicole Miller boutiques and specialty retailers throughout the country. Please visit our store locator to find a store in your area.


What is your return policy?
Items purchase on our website must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Please view our online return policy for any additional information regarding online returns. Items purchased off line are final sale.

Are Bridal Gowns available on your website?

How do I place an order for a Bridal gown?
Bridal gowns are available at all Nicole Miller boutiques as well as specialty retailers across the country. Click here to locate a store near you


How far in advance should I place my order?
All bridal gowns are special order and should be placed at least three months in advance.


How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Once the Bridal gown has arrived in our warehouse, it may take up to one week to be delivered.


What is your return policy for Bridal Gowns?
All bridal gowns are on a special order basis and therefore, cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final.


How much is shipping and handling for Bridal gowns?
Shipping and handling costs will vary based on which shipping method is used. Your bridal consultant will assist you with this at the time of purchase.


What are my shipping options?
Nicole Miller bridal gowns are shipped via UPS ground. Expedited shipping is also available upon request.


What methods of payment are available in your boutiques?
Nicole Miller Boutiques accept cash, American Express, Mastercard, and Visa.


Do you ship outside of the United States?
Nicole Miller Boutiques do not ship outside of the United States. For specialty boutique shipping inquiries, please contact a bridal consultant in your area.


How can I check my order status?
Your order status can be checked by contacting a bridal consultant at the boutique in which the dress was purchased.

Can you change the fabrication on a Bridal gown?
To maintain the integrity of our bridal gowns we do not change the fabrication of a style.


Do you send fabric swatches for reference?
After the purchase of a Nicole Miller Bridal Gown we can provide swatches. For fabric swatches, please contact your bridal consultant.


How should I care for my Bridal gown?
Most Nicole Miller Bridal Gowns are Dry Clean Only. Your bridal consultant can assist you with this at the time of purchase.
