1. How do I change or cancel an order?

To change or cancel your order, go to this page to log in and click "cancel order." If you would like to change your order, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please keep in mind that we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.
