Official Rules and Regulations:
HOW TO ENTER: Automatic entry into the Sweepstakes will be provided to eligible individuals who purchase a product from NICOLE MILLER through/on the website www.nicolemiller.com (purchases from sources other than these websites do not quality for automatic entry) during the Sweepstakes entry period. Each purchase transaction (whether comprised of a single product or multiple products) shall constitute a separate entry. You may also enter without making any purchase by registering online at http://www.nicolemiller.com/store/os/login.aspx and completing an online entry form. No other methods of entry will be accepted. You may enter the Sweepstakes once by entering your email address. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged. Odds of winning depend on number of entries received.
I. Sweepstakes starts Oct 1st, 2009 at 12:01am EST (TBD). Entrants must be legal residents of the United States or District of Columbia and 18 years or older as of the date of the entry. Void where prohibited. Entries must be received by Nov 15th, 2009 at 11:59pm EST. If you enter via the online entry form, sponsors may at times wish to e-mail you offers from us. If you do not wish to receive such offers by e-mail, please check the "opt out" box located below the data entry fields on the online page.
II. Sponsors are not responsible for entries that are late, lost, misdirected, garbled, damaged, illegible, or incompletely received for any reason, including by reason of technical hardware, software, browser, or network failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission, which may limit a user's ability to participate in this sweepstakes. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the web site or otherwise in violation of the rules. It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned, including by infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majuere, or technical failures of any sort.
III. One (1) grand prize winner will be selected randomly on or about November 18th, 2009 to receive a $1000 Shopping Spree on any full retail price merchandise at NICOLEMILLER.COM valid for 60 days. Approximate retail value of prize: $1000. Winner will be notified by phone or email at sponsor’s discretion. If the winner cannot be reached via these methods or does not respond within 10 days of the drawing date, the prize shall be forfeited and an alternative winner may be selected. All decisions of judges are final. Employees (and their immediate families) of NICOLE MILLER or its subsidiaries or affiliates (collectively the “Sponsors”) are not eligible. Income and other taxes, as well as any other related expenses, if any, will be the responsibility of the winner. The winner may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity release within 10 days of attempted notification and prior to prize acceptance or an alternative winner may be selected. Odds of winning depend upon number of entries received. Acceptance of prize shall constitute winner’s consent to use winner’s name and likeness, without limitation, for promotional, editorial and advertising purposes without further compensation (except where prohibited by law). By accepting the prize, the winner releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsors, their parent, affiliate, and subsidiary companies and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind, including death, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in this sweepstakes. Subject to federal and state laws and regulations. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. No substitutions for prize except by Sponsors in which case a prize of comparable or greater value will be substituted. All entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned. Void where prohibited by law.
