Fashion Forward Week: A Celebration of Storytelling and Style

I had the honor of headlining Fashion Forward Week with a presentation that was very personal to me, a retrospective journey through decades of design, creativity, and the moments that shaped my career.

Fashion has always been about more than clothes. It’s about stories, memories, and the people who bring designs to life. That spirit is at the heart of Fashion Forward Week, whose mission of storytelling and inclusivity aligns so closely with my own.

For the presentation, we featured 12 looks from 12 archival collections, each representing a different chapter in my career. Seeing those pieces reimagined was a reminder that fashion evolves while always carrying its history forward. We also partnered with Perfect Corp. on an augmented reality experience, allowing guests to digitally try on the looks and share them on social media.

Afterward, I joined Jade Scipioni for a conversation about creativity, resilience, and the ever-changing fashion landscape and the importance of staying curious and open to reinvention.

I’m grateful to Jordana Guimaraes and Christopher Hunt for their partnership and vision in creating this platform. Moments like these remind me why I fell in love with fashion in the first place, not just for the design, but for the stories we get to tell along the way.
