The Travel Edit: Sydney, Australia
I’m heading to Sydney for a special trip and can’t wait to experience everything the city has to offer. With its iconic harbor and vibrant culture, there’s inspiration around every corner.
For this edition of the Travel Edit, I’m sharing some of the places on my list and, of course, what I’m packing for the trip.
Where to Stay
Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour
Waterfront views and a prime location make the Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour the perfect home base for a Sydney stay. Plus, you can’t beat the views of Darling Harbour and the Sydney skyline.
What to Do
Explore The Rocks
The Rocks is Sydney’s most loved social village. Wander through the neighborhood’s heritage architecture, hidden laneways and local galleries, all with Sydney Harbour just steps away.
Beauty Hub Sydney CBD
A little self-care between sightseeing. Beauty Hub Sydney is a clinical-luxe skin destination that offers everything from Korean glass-skin facials to lifting and contouring treatments.
Taronga Zoo
With incredible views of Sydney Harbour, Taronga Zoo is the perfect place to get up close with some of Australia’s most iconic wildlife. Plus, the scenic ferry ride over is part of the experience.
Where to Eat
The Grounds of Alexandria
Head to The Grounds of Alexandria for lunch, a Sydney favorite known for its immersive spaces and lush garden setting. With plenty to explore (and plenty of photo-worthy moments), it’s much more than just a place to eat.
What to Pack
Fashion
Packing for Sydney is all about versatile layers that can take you through the day with ease. Think relaxed denim, lightweight jackets, comfortable shoes and statement accessories for a polished finishing touch.
